Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing PURGED to take care of your exterior cleaning needs. We are excited to take on this project and look forward to being your go to call for all your current and future residential & commercial exterior cleanings!

By accepting the terms and conditions below, you (hereby referred to as ‘the client’) are forming a legally binding contract for services to be rendered in exchange for the payment amount quoted to you in your estimate.

1. Authorizations
The client agrees to allow PURGED to access the exterior property for the purposes of completing exterior cleaning services requested. The client understands that the cleaning service will be completed in the timeframe given during the estimate. 

2. Day of Service Acknowledgement 

The client shall:  

  • Have an exterior on-site water spigot activated and accessible.

  • Close all windows and doors tightly.

  • Turn off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at the breaker box prior to PURGED’s arrival.

  • Keep all pets and children inside before and during cleaning.

  • Clear work area of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being cleaned including but not limited to: flags, doormats, grills, and vehicles.

3. Safety
While PURGED is on location and performing assigned work, the client is responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as all other individuals abiding/working on the premise away from the work area. Furthermore, client agrees to keep children and pets off the work site for up to 24 hours after work is completed. This is for your safety, as well as our own.

4. Water Access
The client agrees to allow PURGED to utilize their on-site water supply via outdoor spigot, which will be turned on and easily accessible on the date and time of service. If the client is on well water, or in an area with low water pressure, the client agrees to inform PURGED prior to scheduling or commencing any service, to determine whether additional water supply is necessary to efficiently perform work.

5. Non-Organic Stains
The client understands that there are some stains that simply cannot be removed by pressure washing alone. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are just a few examples of materials and stains that cannot be removed by conventional means and our standard exterior cleaning services.

6. Window Spotting
The client understands that in a few rare cases, windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included with any of our services.

7. Damage Disclaimer
PURGED is not responsible and assumes no liability for damages including but not limited to: maintenance negligence, improper installations, loose shingles/siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and improper caulking or loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

8. Rescheduling
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, cleaning services may need to be rescheduled. The client understands that PURGED will do its best to reschedule its services in a timely manner. Furthermore, if the client needs to reschedule a cleaning for whatever reason, the client is free to do so without penalty or additional fees, on any available days and time slots presented by PURGED.

9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon by PURGED and the client in writing. A 3% processing fee will be assessed for all credit card payments.
